Use of the System

Digiterritory is developed only for the use of congregations of Jehovah's Witnesses, who want to use it. Focused only to help organize, manage, and work with the territories in a faster and more efficient way with the help of technology.

Digiterritory is NOT a system developed by the Watch Tower Society. Nor is it a substitute for the tools provided Watch Tower Society, for preaching and other activities.

Be aware of the laws in your country about personal information. Any misuse of personal or territory information is under the responsibility of the user.

Security

It is recommended that you keep your devices protected by password to avoid an activity, be it accidental or intentionally, by someone not authorized to access Digiterritory services.

It is recommended to use passwords of at least eight characters, alpha-numeric and combined with special characters and upper and lower case.

In the case of the security question, it is recommended to use as many characters as possible.

Change your password at least every three months.

The deletion of received emails regarding your account details is recommended.

Privacy

Your information and that of your congregation are important. The personal data that is stored in Digiterritory Server is not sensitive.

Sensitive information, such as social security numbers, credit or debit card details, and bank information, will never be asked for. If you receive an email with the Digiterritory logo requesting such information, it is not a legitimate Digiterritory email.

The little data that is needed for the configuration of your account, which includes your email, they are not shared with third parties under any circumstances.

Economic support

The Digiterritory project is supported by its developer.

You will never be asked personally to monetarily collaborate through any communication. If you receive an email, phone call, etc., requesting monetary support, it is not from Digiterritory.
