SUPPORTING DIGITERRITORY

Greetings, dear brothers and sisters. Thank you for using this humble project, which over the past four years has helped efficiently organize the territory work of numerous congregations around the world, to preach the Good News of the Kingdom. Without a doubt, it is serious work that involves precious lives, and Digiterritory is helping to make the territory work more comfortable, organized, and efficient, saving hundreds of hours for the Territory Servants and making the work easier for the Publishers.

Currently, work is being done to renew the interface and refactor the code in order to keep Digiterritory up to security standards, improve the user experience, especially for those brothers who are less familiar with technology, and to add many new features.

It is also planned to update the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section. Additionally, tutorial videos will be created to help you make the most of all the functions of Digiterritory, some of which may be unknown to many brothers. In short, it is a project that will require months of hard work.

You can contribute through comments, suggestions, and direct participation if you have experience in web programming, whether in Front End or Back End.

Likewise, the operation of Digiterritory involves operational costs to maintain reliable and uninterrupted functionality. A technical failure could paralyze operations, affecting the work with digital territories. For this reason, the maintenance of this platform is taken very seriously, which, like any project, also needs funding to operate.

Some of these expenses, which are borne by the developer of Digiterritory, include:

  • Maintenance of the web server and associated technical equipment, such as modems, routers, UPS units, and spare parts for emergency repairs.
  • Software: premium professional antivirus and personalized domain email.
  • Technical support, which includes monitoring against cyberattacks, daily data backups, information protection, correspondence handling, and much more.
  • Essential services: electricity costs and internet service.
  • And, of course, the countless hours of programming, graphic design, UI, and UX that each update and new features entail.
