Before reading further, please keep in mind that this system is not developed for public use; it is intended solely for the congregations of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Digiterritory is a technical solution used by Jehovah's Witnesses based on the characteristics of the area it serves. However, it is not an application developed by the Watch Tower, nor is it intended to supplant the valuable tools that the Organization has created.
1- Integrity of territory information: Digiterritory maintains a backup copy of each territory alongside the version used by publishers. In case of any errors during modifications, an administrator can easily correct them using the backup copy information. Additionally, publishers have the option to recover addresses even after they have been deleted.
2- User-friendly interface: The system features a friendly, easy, and intuitive interface, especially designed for those who may not be comfortable with technology.
3- No need for third-party software: The system operates independently without requiring any generally paid third-party software.
4- No cost to congregations: The system does not generate any expenses for the congregations. All its functions are completely free.
Digiterritory is a responsive web service accessible from any device, including cell phones, tablets, and computers.
Upon logging in, you will be directed to your Assignment Center where system functions are easily accessible through large, clearly labeled buttons.
Most operations, like setting visit dates and results, are automated. Google Maps and phone calls are integrated for easy navigation and communication.
View available territories to request and share your assigned territories with others, such as family or congregation members, with updates reflected in real time.
Accidentally deleted addresses can be recovered, ensuring no data is permanently lost unless confirmed by the territory manager.
A smart algorithm notifies you of pending tasks and important alerts.
Manage territories from any device anywhere. The system includes an easy-to-use map creator that helps you design territory maps without relying on external resources.
All territories have a working copy and a backup, ensuring data is never lost. Administrators have access to both copies and can update the backup after reviewing the completed territories.
Detect and manage pending tasks effectively from the Assignment Center, streamlining territory requests and returns.
Adapt territories to individual publisher needs, including generating PDFs for those preferring printed materials.
Automatically generated logs provide detailed reports on territory activity, helping keep the Territory Registry up-to-date.
